This document includes information on recommended standard shippers and full service carriers world wide, common obstacles related to USDA permit requirements, instances where a USDA Permit is not required, harmonized tariffs, and Customs paperwork. This document also includes packaging guidelines for non-infectious biological materials and non-pathogenic cultures; including recommendations for primary containers, secondary containers, outer containers, testing requirements, and example labels.
